Accessible gentle classes with adjustments and modifications offered throughout to honour your needs. Option to have your camera on or off as you are most comfortable.
To me, yoga is the ultimate act of self-care. It is a way of caring for and learning about your body and the essence of who you are and ultimately bringing that understanding off your mat and into every aspect of your life.
